BVA is a dynamic grassroots organisation dedicated to uplifting the rights and potential the disadvantanged across Uganda. Through a comprehensive range of programs, including training, skilling, we empower individuals to transcend adversity, become agents of change, and shape their own narratives. With a relentless commitment to rescuing girls from exploitation, advocating for their rights, and providing essential life tools, we are a beacon of hope and transformation, nurturing a generation of confident, capable, and empowered young leaders who are driving positive change in their communities and beyond.

Mission
To restore hope among the elderly,vulnerable children through various programmes and campaigns such that they don’t drop out of schools through addressing their challenges at a person centered level, extend support towards communities that have been affected by illiteracy, poverty, abuse, violence, diseases and homelessness.
Vision
To become a major positive change advocates by creating communal and nature development everywhere. As this is one of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) put by the United Nations organization to be achieved by 2030.

At BrainSpire Volunteers Africa, we are committed to creating lasting change through education, skills, and support. Our programs encompass various aspects of their lives, from relief and education to personal development and empowerment. Through our efforts, we strive to uplift the disadvantaged, nurture their potential, and inspire them to become confident and resilient leaders in their communities
At the heart of what we do are three thing:
Confidence
Fundamental to our approach is developing confidence which means self belief, self esteem, self-control, self judgement among the disadvantaged
Character
Working closely to identify underprevilaged people who often don’t have the advantages that others do and who are most likely to benefit from our intervention
Change
Our activities support underpreviledged people to overcome the barriers they face, and create wider positive change in society and have a better living
